Tips and advice when looking for cheap accommodation in Pattaya.

How to find Cheap and Affordable Budget Accommodation in Pattaya Thailand.

I`ll show you how to get cheap holiday accommodation comprising of, a double room, en-suite, TV, air-con and a balcony in Pattaya Thailand for under £5.00 a night!
Amazing – but true! If I can do it, you can too!

Going to Pattaya Thailand on a budget? Looking for cheap accommodation, then you`re going to the right place, as the amazing selection of Pattaya`s affordable accommodation is unbelievable! Competition is fierce - and they`re still building, so it`s easy to pick up cheap affordable accommodation almost anywhere in Pattaya Thailand - nearly all year round! The rates vary considerably according to season, and you`ll be hard pressed to get any cheap accommodation deals in November and early January – but you never know, so always look around - but more importantly ask! When looking for cheap affordable budget accommodation, I personally find the best deals to be had are rooms located in The Soi Buakhao area. It`s right in the heart of Pattaya, and within easy walking distance of the beach! An array of affordable cheap accommodation is available there (as virtually everywhere in Pattaya Thailand) – I know because I`ve stayed in cheap affordable budget accommodation for the last 14 years or so in rooms and hotels throughout Pattaya. So follow my tips and you will save money too - guaranteed! Do you want a room or a hotel? Both can be very cheap and affordable to suit your budget. Most budget hotels are cleaned daily, whereas a cheap room - only as and when - so always inspect your accommodation and ask about the services & amenities, (on a “room only” basis a charge for water and electricity may be added), so please check everything before committing.

If you want cheap affordable accommodation in Pattaya - this is how to achieve it! Assuming you`ve never been to Pattaya Thailand before, then book your first nights cheap accommodation in advance. There`s numerous deals online, so get booking – but ONLY book for one night!  Once you`ve arrived and settled in, head straight for the bars and start talking with the bosses and the bar girls. They live there, so invariably they know all the local cheap accommodation or will know someone that does - guaranteed. Simply tell them you like their bar (that`s important), you`re on a budget and you`re looking for cheap accommodation nearby. Draw yourself up a “short list”, and the next morning go and see what`s on offer within easy walking distance! The longer you stay, the better the deal, and remember this – the price you see – is the price you never pay! That goes for nearly everything and everyone in Pattaya Thailand. Cheap affordable accommodation is no different – so haggle!

A few years ago on the lookout for long term cheap accommodation, a friend and l adopted this method, and fortunately for us the bar owner, desperately needed cash (who do you know in Thailand that doesn`t). We rented her fully furnished 2 bedroom bungalow for 5,500 Baht – That was then only £60.00 each per month, so when it comes to finding cheap budget accommodation in Pattaya – simply ask in the bars, they will help you! By doing this, I`ve achieved discounts of over 50% in hotels, and had rooms slashed from 10,000 to 6,000 baht. It doesn`t matter if you stay 10 days, a month or six months – always haggle! So if it`s cheap affordable budget accommodation that contains all the amenities above you`re after for £5.00 a night in Pattaya Thailand, just follow my advice, and you won`t go wrong!

£600 for a full month in Pattaya - Thailand

£600 will get you a full month in the vibrant resort of Pattaya In the heart of the beautiful Gulf of Thailand

Now I`ll prove to you how, and save you money!

Travel agents offer package deals (accommodation with flights) to Thailand. There are certainly some good deals out there, but these are mostly few and far between, so most certainly they cannot beat the incredible savings that I can help you achieve!

Whether it`s cheap flights and/or accommodation to Thailand you`re after, I`ll show you, where, when and how to get them! How to get "the cheapest flight"?

Well, contrary to popular belief, return flights to Thailand are no more expensive whether you spend one, two, or even three months in Thailand, Yes, it`s no more than flights that only cover one or two weeks - hard to believe - but TRUE!

Times to avoid – at all costs! Pattaya is extremely busy and expensive over The Christmas and New Year periods , so don`t even consider a flight then. Every day in Thailand is like Christmas for me, so why do Tourists pay an average of £1,200, for their flights and accommodation, over this two week period? For that money, I can stay in Thailand for six months - It`s TRUE! Also avoid booking expensive flights that fall on official bank holidays, religious festivals, and the Kings Birthday too. Simply grab a cheap flight a week either side of these important dates, because as you`re there for a full month, you can still catch your favourite event or festival – and get it on the cheap! It all makes sense, saves money, and gives you an entire month in Thailand for less than what you`d pay for two weeks! Follow my advice, and I guarantee this!

Those are the most expensive times to avoid. Now here`s how to get your cheap flight.

If you want a cheap ticket - follow these 4 "Golden Rules"!

1 Go on-line, and start looking NOW! There`s loads of "cheap flight comparison sites” to Thailand out there - visit them all!

2. Try to be as flexible on your dates as possible! A few days either side can literally save you £££`s!

3. If there`s the chance you can fly from an alternative airport, enter that too. A few quid more on a taxi, can easily be off-set against savings made against a cheap flight - from a different location.

4. Enter your intended flight details AND your e-mail address (many offer this facility). Then, as soon as cheap flights, offers and deals become available, they will contact you! You`ll be the first to know - so now you can instantly grab that bargain ticket to Thailand!

Follow my tips, and you can get a flight around £460-£480! They`re on there today, I`ve found them – so can you!

Right, with your Thailand flight booked, next time I`ll show just how cheap it is, to get from the airport to Pattaya, where you`ll see the unbelievable deals on monthly accommodation.

Remember, an entire month in Pattaya Thailand for £600 is what I`ve promised. So keep following my tips and advice, and I`ll show you how it`s done.
