Thailand - Tips & Advice -
Cheapest Pattaya Christmas Holiday?
Looking for - or want to have the cheapest Christmas
holiday in Pattaya Thailand? Then there`s no such thing unless………?
Everyone, needs tips and advice (well most single males
anyhow!). We all dream of a Christmas holiday in Pattaya Thailand! That`s
because it is an adult fantasy world where the bars seldom close, and everything’s
cheap – including sex with a bar girl and amazingly - the more you drink, the
more beautiful they become! Christmas
(the same as most places in the world),
is an excuse to put the prices up, so l`ll show you some great money saving
deals, that`ll make you think so hard, you may never ever book a Christmas holiday, over the Christmas
period in Pattaya Thailand ever again!
If you`ve never been to Thailand before, then believe me,
every day in Pattaya IS Christmas! Nothing changes, except the prices! Get this:
- After my flight and journey into Pattaya, l sat in a bar one November evening
and being surrounded by beautiful bargirls, I thought Christmas had already arrived!
The next day I went back to the same bar to be told “now high season”
(Christmas), “every beer now have 20 baht extra”? What`s 20 baht I thought? Peanuts!
But 20baht extra per drink, over my month’s holiday, roughly added another £180
to the cost of my holiday!
Flights to Pattaya Thailand are also a “little excessive
over” the Christmas holiday period too. An average flight from London at most
times of the year, will cost around £550.00. Over the Christmas period, the
same flights are extortionate, as they increase from around £850 (minimum), to
a staggering £1,200.00.
Simple accommodation. Staying in a room for a month, I had
pre-booked for 6000 baht; I was told that over The Christmas holiday period,
the same room could be secured for a minimum of 3000 baht a week! All
accommodation in Pattaya over The Christmas holiday period - rooms, hotels, and
guest houses are very much, same same!
Sex with a bargirl! Here we go again. Yearly nightly
average 750 – 1,000 baht, with an average 300 baht bar fine! Over Christmas and
New Year they all ask for 1,500 baht and, most bar fines increase to a minimum
of 500baht. (Add at least another 1,500baht if you want a girl from Ago-go).
Last but not least – Pattaya restaurants! You can also
find that they increase prices over The Christmas and New Year holiday period too.
Where you might get on average a decent breakfast and a good evening meal,
should cost no more than 400 baht a day, this will cost you 600 baht.
So what`s the options?Quite simply, NEVER go to Pattaya over Christmas! Not only is it expensive, but every day IS Christmas at most other times of year anyhow, so if you can, my advice is to avoid these expensive periods like the plague! How? Simple! Here`s a few tips & advice along with simple maths to prove this, (covering the essentials only)!

A
TYPICAL 2 WEEKS CHRISTMAS HOLIDAY IN PATTAYA
DECEMBER
20 – JANUARY 3. (14 days).
Flight : 50,000
Accommodation: Room only
Incl. 1,500 electricity and water 7,500
Bar. 15 beers daily @ 85 baht each 17,850
Food. Breakfast/snacks/evening meal 10,400
Bar
girl. 2,000 baht per night incl bar fine 28,000
That`s
nearly a whopping 114,000! Now compare that to a typical 2 week holiday in
Pattaya at most other times of the year - and the savings are incredible!
A TYPICAL 2 WEEKS ANNUAL HOLIDAY IN PATTAYA
AT MOST OTHER TIMES OF THE YEAR!
Flight : 27,500
Accommodation: Room only
+ 1,500 electricity and water 4,500
Food. Breakfast/snacks/evening meal 5,000
Bar. 15 beers daily @ 65 baht each 13,650
Bar girl 1,100 per night incl. bar fine 15,400
That`s more like it! A fabulous fortnight’s holiday in
Pattaya for only 66,000 including flights and accommodation, and the more
skilled negotiator should be able to improve still further on that!
So let`s take a look at the cost of two weeks
in Pattaya over Christmas, and compare it to a month at most other times of the
year, because it`s more than DOUBLE the price! I`ve already proved that a fortnight
can cost 66,000 baht, against a Christmas holiday of 114,000 baht, so that`s a
saving of 48,000 baht to start with.
Now here`s my greatest tip and advice. I`ve already
included the cost of the flight, so a further two weeks making a full one month
holiday in Pattaya (at most other times), will only cost another 38,500 baht! You
can save 10,000baht too!
So if it`s tips and advice you`re after, why go to
Pattaya for a two week holiday at Christmas, when you can go for a full month
at most other times of the year – for less than the same price and save a lot of money in the bargain!
